We ship USPS, United States Postal Service.  We ship within 1 day of your order.  If your order is signature required and you do not pick it up.  It needs to come back to us to receive a credit or reship.  If the post office or UPS say you received your order and you say you didn't, you are not entitled to a refund.  We do not take responsibility for theft. Also if you do not give us the correct address you must wait for A.  The product to come back for us to reship or B.  Wait for it to come back to us to receive a refund.
