We ship USPS, United States Postal Service.  We ship within 1 day of your order.  If your order is signature required and you do not pick it up.  It needs to come back to us to receive a credit or reship.  If the post office or UPS say you received your order and you say you didn't, you are not entitled to a refund.  We do not take responsibility for theft.
