Products must be returned, to receive a refund.   Some products are discontinued because of FDA, and we have suggested replacements, if you failed to read the warning, you still need to return the replacement product for a full refund, you cannot just keep it and demand a refund.  For the more count products (more than 10 ) Do not open a second bottle,  refund is on only 1 opened bottle. On pills that only contain 10 per pack, you may take 2 pills prior to activity.  You will know by taking only 2 if they work.   If you take more than 2 we will not refund that opened pack.  We will refund any upopened bottles or boxes.     Refunds are good up to 90 days.  If you think your product was stolen, you need to file a police report to get your product replaced and a postal inspection report.  Otherwise we will not reship.
