Products must be returned, to receive a refund.  You can not just keep the product and demand a refund.  We do not allow reselling of our products.  Products are to be bought for private use only, resellers sell on places like ebay and devalue our product.  Refund is only for 1 opened bottle per customer, and 2 pills only out of  any of the 10 counts. You will know by taking only 2  of the take as needed products if they work.   If you take more than 2 we will not refund that opened box.  We will refund any upopened bottles or boxes.     Refunds are good up to 90 days.  If you think your product was stolen in the mail, you need to file a police report to get your product replaced and a postal inspection report.  Otherwise we will not reship. Some products are discontinued because of FDA, and we have suggested replacements.   If you send back a product for a credit and it gets lost in the mail.  You must have a confirmation number to prove to us that you sent it back before we can refund.
